February English Students of the Month
Mrs. Dennish and Mrs. Stough each selected two of their top
English students for the month of February.
The English department would like to recognize these four students for
their outstanding efforts in English class.
Mrs. Dennish
Ellie
L and Marley V (both of these talented English students are in Honors
11th grade English) .
What Mrs. Dennish says about these outstanding students: “They both
write analytically with a unique style that shows their maturity in
understanding the English language.”
Mrs. Stough
Kelso
H grade 12 (CP) and Charity A 12 (AP)
What
Mrs. Stough says about these outstanding students:
“Kelso is one of the hardest working students I have in class. He is
always on top of his work and takes opportunities to go above and beyond the
requirements. He easily grasps concepts, and his work ethic is amazing.”
“Charity
is highly analytical when it comes to her reading and writing. She tackles
difficult AP style essay prompts with ease. Charity also has the ability to
delve deeply in to novels to understand the nuances and stylistic components
provided by the author.”
